Before starting his own practice, Mr. Rickards worked for the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court, and as an assistant prosecutor for the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. He graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University with a B.S. in History in 2001. After scoring in the 95th percentile on his graduate boards, he accepted a $48,000 scholarship to the prestigious Washington and Lee University School of Law, from which he graduated with honors in 2004
